Before you join a track, you'll complete our Fundamentals course — a personal introduction to the movements, the gym and the AFS way of training. It's how we make sure every member starts with confidence, not guesswork.

what you’ll learn

squats & deadlifts
The foundation of all strength training. We'll teach you to squat and deadlift safely, confidently and with great technique.

presses & handstands
From strict press to push press and handstand progressions — we'll build your overhead strength and confidence.

Pull Ups & Olympic Lifting
Master the pull up and learn the foundations of the snatch and clean and jerk — the most technical and rewarding movements in the gym.

A free, no-pressure chat about your goals. We'll explain the course and answer any questions.

Step 2 — Start your Fundamentals sessions
Work through the foundational movements at your own pace over 5–8 coach-led sessions.

Step 3 — Choose your track
Once you've completed Fundamentals, you'll know exactly which track suits your goals — and you'll be ready for it.

Start your membership, join your track and become part of the team. This is where the real journey begins.
