That's exactly who this is for. We teach you everything from scratch. You don't need to know a single thing before you arrive — that's literally our job.
Will I look stupid in front of everyone?
Every single person in the room started where you are. It's a small group and nobody's watching — they're all focused on themselves. We make sure of that.
Am I too old to start lifting?
No. Strength training is one of the most evidence-backed tools available to women in their 40s and 50s. There is no such thing as too late.
Will I get bulky?
